Company is a premiere brokerage and finance firm for investment in New Construction opportunities in Manhattan for both domestic and international clientele.
Intern will shadow employees as they contact clients who show an interest in buying/financing/selling various types of real estate deals, etc.
Intern will learn about the different types of buildings and units in Manhattan and will learn about specific clients' needs and specifications.
Intern will assist with updating company website, tracking new listings and developments by doing online research and reading real estate publications, attending client meetings, contacting banks, visiting new construction developments.
Intern will attend client meetings with employees.
Intern will assist with researching various aspects of the real estate market.
J-1 should bring at least $800 with them upon arrival.
