  • Housekeeping Management Intern/Trainee

    Candidates will train extensively in back of house operations with a focus on housekeeping management operations. The emphasis of training will consist of supervising and managing housekeeping staff, learning managerial aspects of back of house operations and how they relate to guest services and overall hotel operations. Training will progress to include hospitality management responsibilities including scheduling, purchasing, human resources and payroll duties. One complementary meal is provided during work shift. Housing Provided:Shared fully furnished apartment housing is provided for $500/month including utilities. Public transportation is available and commute is less then 2 miles to work. J-1 should bring at least $800 with them upon arrival.

  • Food and Beverage Intern/Trainee

    Front of the House Food & Beverage Training in a 1,200 room gaming resort with focus on service. Very high pace job with very high volume in a casino environment. The resort is owned by a Fortune 500 company. Candidates will rotate through different restaurants in the resorts. This is a tip credited position. Hotel is providing living accomodation and transportation to and from the living quarters, meals at the hotel, cable electricity and water plus 1 trip weekly to a shopping mall. Candidates will be charged $150.00 per pay period through payroll deduction; this includes apartment, utilities, cable and transportation to and from the hotel. J-1 should bring at least $800 with them upon arrival.

  • Hospitality Management Intern/Trainee

    Internships in Boutique ski resort hotel. Training will be focused on front of house operations, guest services, reservations, learning the lodge’s culture of high quality service and standards, troubleshoot guest service issues, advising guests on tourist attractions in the area and the hotel services and amenities. Participants will also cross train with other supervisors/managers within other divisions of the lodge. Shared onsite housing is provided for $500/month including utilities. J-1 should bring at least $800 with them upon arrival.

  • Culinary Arts Intern/Trainee

    Internships in Boutique ski resort hotel. Candidates will train extensively in recipe preparation, be taught how the pantry station, fryer/grill station and saute station of the line work, understand daily set up, preparation and upkeep of the line. Candidates will be taught the preparation of all items following recipes to insure accuracy and consistency. Candidates will also learn inventory, ordering, receiving and storing of all produce, meats, fish, poultry, groceries and liquor. Development of relationships with vendors will be explained and practiced as well as proper food handling and rotation. Shared onsite housing is provided for $500/month including utilities. J-1 should bring at least $800 with them upon arrival.
