Culinary rotation will include experience in restaurant kitchens, pastry / bakery and banquet / garde manger.
Located in Orlando, Florida
Hotel will provide up to 14 days of free accommodation in the hotel upon arrival. J-1s must use this time to secure suitable local housing. Hotel will connect participants with local housing partners, but it is the participants responsibility to secure their own housing. Local housing costs approximately $400 per person, per month (based on sharing an apartment)

| Pre-requisite: | Good English Speaking Skills required. Must be studying on a culinary degree program / have previous kitchen line cook experience and have solid knife skills. Must be able to perform physically demanding work and be able to lift, carry and push heavy objects. Previous culinary experience in an international chain hotel preferred. |
